So I was reading the news today and read an article that really upset me. A 15 year old girl killed herself by jumping in front of a bus because she was bullied a lot in school. Things like this madden me because the only reason bullies bully others; is to feel better. There’s no need for that. Amanda must have felt really bad to actually take her life. The thing is she’s not the only one… this happens almost every day. This is why I made Alpha’s Rede in the first place… people will always try to put you down( especially to feel better) sometimes adults do it as well. But you can’t let it get to you and if it does; the solution is not to end it, because it’ll move on to someone else. If you need someone to talk to, I’m here to help you… to listen… to give you advice.

My names Alpha and when I was little I was bullied also… kids used to make fun of me because of my weight… and i tried to kill my self when i was in the seventh grade because i used to be called ALFAT and alphalpha and Alphabet and other dumb names that at that time made me feel like the easiest thing to do was end my life… I realized that people bully because it made them feel better to make other feel bad. (Hope that made sense)

Guys if you ever feel like you want to end it… please just talk to me at least once… if you have any questions anything but please don’t do anything like that because it’s not worth it….. I might not know you but I promise as long as you need me or want I’ll be here to listen…

It all depends…. depends the situation… people are so obsessed with what they THINK is the right look…. that it can cause you to think your not beautiful nor smart… lets say I asked you  who do you believe is beautiful, in your eyes… and you told me , for example Jennifer Lopez… just because shes a beautiful person doesn’t mean you aren’t. everyone is there own person but not a lot of people can understand that. everyone thinks  that you HAVE to be a certain way… this causes you to start to find everything that JLO has that you don’t… you shouldn’t compare yourself to others because being different is awesome…. don’t put yourself down if there is something you don’t like hun change it.. if you cant… love yourself because you are amazing in your own way…. if you need anything else don’t hesitate to write to me

Whenever you need someone the most, that’s when there’s no one there for you? I want to explain something to everyone. When a person is feeling down, and you call someone to talk, the person who is listening to your problems, have their own to deal with. It takes a lot out of a person to be there for others. At times it’s good to go through things alone, it teaches you a lot. I said at times… it also depends on the person. Not a lot of people have the ability to deal with things alone, they NEED someone to listen… to be there… to help them understand this feeling… so what to do… You blog about how you want to end your life, hoping someone pays mind to it and says something? You cry yourself to sleep? You cut yourself? Distant yourself from the world? NO… you talk to someone who WILL listen. Someone who tells you, “Hey I’m here for you.” The truth is you can’t say you’re alone when someone is willing to be there for you. If you really want someone to be there for you, don’t be afraid to trust someone you don’t really know… You never know if that person… ends up being the one person who understand you the most and might be the person who help you get through you rough times…
